This is an awesome 1936 movie from GM about transmissions, but it shows how incredibly simple a three-speed is. Check it out. I have it saved at the 3:30 mark, but the whole video (the whole series!) is worth a look.

Do you mean my back brace? I've been out of that for like 4 months. Been shoveling snow and wrestling my snow blower no problem.

Last I remember you were still wearing it out and about. At any rate, good to hear. I just use the blower. Bad back is bad. if i am going to hurt I would rather get the whole damn driveway done than 10 feet of it.

I just shovel minor things like our front porch and cleaning up what the snow blower won't reach. We actually bought little electric blower to use on our big back porch.

Yeah I get out around the back pad so we can get to the hot tub. I use s lave child labour for the entryway and the parts I can't shoot snow from effectively.
